Attorney Profile

Attorney Kessler was born in Bloomsburg, PA and was subsequently raised in the small town of Millville, PA in North Central Pennsylvania. Following high school, Attorney Kessler attended The Pennsylvania State University where he graduated in 1995. Following his undergraduate studies, Attorney Kessler attended Widener University School of Law where he earned his J.D. in December of 1997. Thereafter, Attorney Kessler took the Pennsylvania Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in May of 1998.

Since graduating from law school, Attorney Kessler has been actively practicing law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania representing clients with regard to a wide variety of issues. More specifically, prior to forming Kessler Law Offices, L.L.C., Attorney Kessler worked for the law firm of O’Brien & Ryan, L.L.P., located in Plymouth Meeting, PA, as lead trial counsel in medical malpractice cases venued in Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Attorney Kessler successfully represented numerous Philadelphia hospitals, physician practice groups, nursing homes and doctors in medical malpractice actions. In fact, Attorney Kessler was one of four attorneys from O’Brien & Ryan, L.L.P. to be featured in an article published in the Legal Intelligencer (the prominent legal journal for the Philadelphia area) for obtaining a favorable verdict for an emergency medicine physician who practiced at Roxborough Memorial Medical Center.

In 2005, Attorney Kessler formed the first full-service law firm to be located in Douglassville, PA.  Since forming the firm, Attorney Kessler has represented hundreds of clients in a wide range of matters (See Practice Areas) throughout Southeastern and Central Pennsylvania. Additionally, Attorney Kessler has been an active member of the Douglassville and Berks County Communities including, but not limited to, serving as the Varsity Girls’ Volleyball Coach at Daniel Boone Area High School, forming and serving on the Board of Directors of the Eastern Berks Business Alliance, serving  as a past member of the Board of Director for the Devlin Fund for Cancer Research, etc.

Community

Over the years Attorney Kessler has been involved in many local community and civic activities.
